And also the trainer is very supportive, always guiding me with the right techniques and encouraging me to push my limits .Thanks to the positive environment and excellent support, my fitness journey has become much more enjoyable. BS1FIT Gym is doing a commendable job for children & society as a whole.Good facilities are provided to the participants, & cleanliness is mantained. However children can be seperated in two batches on alternate days to provide proper space to individual child without overcrowding.
