At first I joined this gym only for some kind of physical activity as being lethargic in the office. After joining I got motivated to shape my body because of the gym coach & gym colleagues, Gym coach (sujith) is expertise in strength, cardio & yoga (all aspects) ... he is so good in handling beginner level to pro level.. this gym is a good deal for me (including budget )

Day wise group sessions are very well designed and coach sujit bro will guide u in every aspects of your fitness goals and train us personally...he has vast knowledge of work outs , nutrition and bodily functions . I highly recommend this gym in your fitness journey..

Very well designed sessions and the head coach, Sujith, is an exceptional trainer. I have been to the gym for 6 months now and the gym community is so well bonded that you feel connected with everyone and like to go to the gym everyday without any additional motivation. The gym is well equipped for strength training. Moreover, Sujith is an internationally certified coach & has tremendous knowledge on workouts and guides everyone like he is personally training them without any additional charge. The place is refreshing & rejuvenating, I highly recommend UFIT to anyone who wants to be fit & healthy.
