Also, while the membership fee is on the higher side, you do get access to extra facilities like physiotherapy and a beauty salon. This is one of the best gym in Gajuwaka area, Gym is very neat and clean, It's in a stand alone building of 2 floors, entire building is for gym only, Equipments are modern and of army standards, you will find multiple equipments for each exercise. All trainers are very polite, nice and helpful, they will guide you thoroughly. Prices are also very less compared to other gyms in this area and the standard of training is very good. I'm very satisfied to be part of this gym. P.S:- I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for good gym with great quality modern equipments and professional trainers at reasonable price.

Well overall I'll give 4 stars for the well maintanence of the gym it's neat and clean. It's a good gym with best equipments. Gym has good infrastructure with air conditioners in ground floor and first floor. Gym is of 2 floors including ground floor also. Ground floor is for mainly legs, shoulders,biceps,triceps and back exercises. First floor is mainly for cardio people who want to lose weight should mainly workout in first floor. Second floor is particularly for chest workout they have three different chest equipments like inclined bench,flat bench and decline bench. Fee structure for one month is 800, for three months it is 2000,for one year it is 6500. Gym is located on the plateau region.one can find the nearest way using Google maps. Trainers are polite and helpful they provide good knowledge on the workout and diet plan.

Probably the best gym in gajuwaka i have ever been to.The owners are polite and disciplined.The equipment are of great quality.Fees is less compared to the other gyms in gajuwaka.Best place to transform your body.The gym recently completed its second anniversary.

When I joined my weight was 58KG. And it's been 40 days my current weight is 61KG. Successfully I gained 3 KG in a month. Good training session. All Machines are good.
