I am a proud member of this gym. The fact that it's dedicated especially for ladies makes it much more unique. There are hardly a couple of gyms dedicated for ladies and this would be one of the best in terms of ambience and the results we get. The two trainers Mrs. Kumari and Mrs. Janaki are very friendly and supportive. With both their guidance I have lost a lot of weight and now on a path to make my everyday as fit and healthy as possible.

Not much spacious and less equipment. As it is for women, they concentrate more on Core and PCOS issues which is good but as all are women, work is less and they talk more. They don't train acc to person ability. For all women, same exercises are given. Apart from that, price is reasonable, if you can do all sort of exercises, you can join here.
