I lost weight and gained strength drastically. The trainer is very experienced and takes good care. I have been to several gyms in the past and I have been going to this gym for an year now and I finally found the best place. They walk the talk. Definitely recommended for anyone; whether you are lean or fat or maybe you feel like you are too old or too young they will provide you the best of care as I said earlier " They walk the talk".
