Best place to get fit. Great atmosphere and friendly culture with both trainer and owner as well. I would strongly recommend this

For 1000 it's good. It's good for beginners. Trainers are just there for name sake and they don't teach much to beginners. Nenu first day vellanu. Naku okka mukka radu. Em cheyyalo telidu. Oka machines ela cheyyalo adiga and anthe malli pattinchukoledu. Crowd is less at evening 430pm and morning 530am tarwata crowd increase aipotharu and u won't feel comfortable working out. Place is small but okay. Beginners ki best place and budget. Personal training teskokandi. Money waste. Deadlift ki space ledu but squats ki they have Smith machine so good. Can't expect more in 1000. They pop loud music so if u don't like it..it will be a deal breaker. The trainers are knowledgeable but they don't interact with people more and only answer you when u ask them any question. Overall if u are near this place ..u can join it.

Price is very high and there is seperate fess for strength and cardio so price is high
