The name of the gym itself proved me that it increases the Lifespan. Trainers are ultimate in training for the beginners to the experts. The weight loss challenge is proved for many in this gym. Keeping the word oath.. they give the training at the fullest but it is the one who can really stick to it. Lots of motivation. Good music, nice locality and good ambience. So one should really join this gym for the best of ourselves.. I strongly recommend this gym.

I'm a person who is initially scared of the word "gym" . But i came here with the force of my friend as i have some health related queries where I'm asked to hit the gym or do some form of exercises. Here i met my trainer "Sunil" who is extremely friendly and understanding and as i even don't have basic knowledge he stood by my side and till today is giving the best motivation to improve my health and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming where people motivate us every day.. Thanks to my friend and Sunil sir for showing the new me and today I would love to come here everyday..

Terrible experience at this gym, mostly due to the so called "trainer Sunil." Completely unprofessional, barely pays attention, and gives the same generic advice to everyone. Zero motivation, zero energy just there to collect a paycheck. The gym itself is no better dirty equipment, broken machines, and an overall lack of management. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its members.
