This is one of the best indeed , well equipped gym and provides all that is needed for individual' s fitness goals. Well maintained machines,gym ambience and relaxing workout environment. Friendly and supportive trainer ( Dhanunjay) who is highly knowledge and also very motivating, always persuades to push the limits and to reach out the desired goals, comes up with different kinds of workouts that are highly helpful. I've been in this gym for quite some time and I have to say that the people coming to this gym have 0 gym etiquette, they don't re-rack their weights and just leave it like that, which makes it harder for the people doing workouts after them. The gym is a public place and we have to be mindful of the people that are doing workouts after us, we can't just leave our weights like this. The trainers were also informed of this behaviour many times but they don't seem to care about it. Apart from this issue it's alright.

Highly recommended gym with affordable fees. well maintained and hygenic .Trainers are super cool and very encouraging. My personal trainer Mr. DJ is very supporting and guiding me well to maintain my body. He is very professional and have good understanding about various workouts. He explain each and everything before starting, keep us motivated. The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary. It has right ambience. Amazing trainers who understands our personal requirements and suggests diet as required. There are friendly and extremely qualified too! Trainer Dhanunjay (DJ) was really helpful and always encouraged to push myself. Would highly recommend.

You have great fitness classes like zumba, body flow and pump. I love the instructors too. They have such PASSION AND ENERGY for what they do! Moreover it has everything I need for a workout and the equipment in the gym is being frequently updated with the latest stuff. With the friendly staff and spot on time management is great for my daily busy schedule.

Flamingo fitness is the best gym in Visakhapatnam per my experience , i have gained knowledge on fitness from DJ and i have reduced 21 kgs with workout and diet plans , DJ was really great as a trainer, very upbeat with one on one transformations , they have great fitness classes like zumba , yoga and good equipment for strengthening , i love the instructors too , they have such a passion and energy for what they do ! Flamingo fitness is one of the best gyms I came across, previously I trained under the coach DJ..I've transformed a lot 8 months ago..Still my fitness journey is continuing under the assistance of my motivator Coach Dhanunjay(DJ)... One of the best places to transform yourself

Its a very good and peaceful place to workout... the trainer is very good and guides me with any complicated or critical workouts....felt so happy that they were a part of my weight loss journey.
