The Gym is Clean and hygienic! People are friendly. The trainers are friendly, willing to teach, meticulous. Also it is well sanitized and people tend to follow regulations as per the gym guidelines concerned! Overall, It's a good place to go and have good workout sessions!

It's an amazing place to work out and get in shape... Within 6 months I managed to loose 11 kgs , improve core strength, muscle strength and stamina..without anything add on..... Kudos to Raunak who guided me and literally made me work my hardest to achieve this... And special thanks to Sumitda who always helped me like a big brother and never let me get discouraged...... Thanks a lot guys
