Very bad after sale service..no response..no call recv..bad bad very bad ..

Worse experience I have ever had. No clue, no update of your product after taking for service unless you call to them whether it's gonna be fixed or not and at the last movement they will say that your machine is not repairable. You have to buy new one.

Customer Service is great for only 1 year. My dad bought a Treadmill which was grear for year, then it started having malfunctions so the guys at Sarkar Sports took it with them and said that its a chinese product that only lasts 1 year and then problems arise (they didn't mention that before obviously) and they said even after repairing, there is no guarantee if the product will remain okay even for 1 day. Stupid.

I find this place very neat clean and good brands. Moreover after sales service is excellent in eastern India. Buying product at higher discount doesn't means that we will get good after sales service. I understand that sarakar sports is a good choice in the market bcoz after sales service is the prime requirement. So i find this place much better.
