Youth Gymnasium

I actually loved this place but I think the ladies time is bad, being a college student, I am not getting any free time from 11:00-2:00 which is ironically the ladies time, if only they also had an evening section for ladies.. As for the inside, the coach and the owner of this gym to whom we refer as "sir" is a polite and goofy guy, apart from him other staffs are also polite, never had any issues with anyone here. Would absolutely recommend this place for newcomers.

Any health and fitness concerned people would love this place. It has most of the basic gym equipment and some for your exercise requirements. Equipments are pretty old and tattered but in full working condition and maintained. Ambience of the place is pretty light hearted yet enthusiastic. Trainer socializes and instructs every step when needed and modifies regimen as needed. The gym is a bit crowded with equipments though , so time to time you have to leap over, or duck below to reach to your next exercises, otherwise it's an excellent place for beginners and gym-veterans both

Well maintained and very clean, it's a real hard core Gym for those people who transform their body. The owner of Youth gym Mr. Debakar chakraborty (dada) is a very polite and gentle man. Forcefully recommend from my side thank you
