Well equipped Karate and Multigym centre. Cooperative people. Self service is the best service I'll say. They guide initially and on demand later. There's no formal gym trainer. Still you can rely on them for good results only if you are sincere. Karate trainer is internationally renowned. Very proficient.

Its nice gym but there are something lacking that there you will get any professional trainer, you will have to do by yourself only which is big drawback of any gym. Some machines are updated but still requires many more machines to be updated.
