I am happy to say that XLF is the best fitness journey that I have been in. I've always had issues with being consistent with a fitness routine, but sessions with XLF are so much fun. They are challenging, but don't push us beyond what we are comfortable with. The perfect level of motivation to keep wanting to come back. Geetanjali is such a wonderful instructor, giving personal attention to each of our physical capabilities and needs. I personally feel so much more flexible after my 5 months with XLF. Looking forward to many more!

I have enjoyed my association with Exhale Live Fit Pilates sessions ever since I joined. Have hugely benefited in terms of fitness, agility and energy levels. XFL is one of the best of its kind. Dr. Geetanjali is truly an amazing instructor who quickly understands our body conditions and modifies the workouts to suit our requirement though it is group session and her focus on each of us is great. She helped me wonderfully with my back pain management by assessing and providing suitable exercises to relieve the pain. All just online. Overall, I love workouts at XFL and Dr. Geetanjali is the best!!!

Pilates sessions by Dr Geetanjali are therapeutic. They not only heal the body but also the mind and touches the soul. The flexibility that I feel my body has reached, despite my weight is unbelievable. Looking forward to staying fit with XLF

Geetanjali is a Coach who identifies what your body can do and puts that to best use ! I've come a long way and it is a surprise how flexible I have become over the years. The best part is getting individual attention even in a group class. No matter how bad your internet is,she can easily say if your core is not tight Love working out at XLF

Though I started with personal training but now I am joining the group activities of XLF. Trust me, the rating remains constant for both. Individual care is taken in group sessions where the activities might differ depending on individual strength and weakness. For those like me, who are always using lack of time as an excuse, these online classes are ideal.
