I had one of the worst experiences at this gym. When I joined, I was clearly told by the trainer that vacation days would not be counted in my workout days. But at the end of the month, the owner completely changed the statement, saying there's no such rule. If that was the case, why wasn't it discussed before confirming my membership? On top of that, the trainer himself took 3 days off -- and now the owner expects me to count those days as part of my paid month? That's totally unfair. If I'm paying 4000 for a personal trainer, I expect proper guidance and accountability, not confusion and excuses. I'm not blaming the trainer at all but the owner who manages all these. The coordination between staff and management is terrible. When I questioned them about it, the owner straight up called me "aggressive" and misbehaved instead of addressing the issue and it affects me mentally. That's how they treat paying customers! Totally unprofessional owner , zero coordination, and no respect for clients. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. A complete waste of money and peace of mind. I'm definitely gonna leave and rejoin another better gym.
