Oxigen gym

I had one of the worst experiences at this gym. When I joined, I was clearly told by the trainer that vacation days would not be counted in my workout days. But at the end of the month, the owner completely changed the statement, saying there's no such rule. If that was the case, why wasn't it discussed before confirming my membership? On top of that, the trainer himself took 3 days off -- and now the owner expects me to count those days as part of my paid month? That's totally unfair. If I'm paying 4000 for a personal trainer, I expect proper guidance and accountability, not confusion and excuses. I'm not blaming the trainer at all but the owner who manages all these. The coordination between staff and management is terrible. When I questioned them about it, the owner straight up called me "aggressive" and misbehaved instead of addressing the issue and it affects me mentally. That's how they treat paying customers! Totally unprofessional owner , zero coordination, and no respect for clients. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. A complete waste of money and peace of mind. I'm definitely gonna leave and rejoin another better gym.

Really disappointed with this gym. There are very few equipment and most of them are not well maintained. The mats are dirty, and even when they brought a new one, they didn't allow us to use it. The coordination and management are really poor. Not worth the membership.Total waste of money and time.

An excellent way to start your daily workout schedule here. It is an Unisex gym with good equipments and good personal trainer. Very spacious place to do your workout. Join the place and stay fit.

I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at this gym. The level of professionalism displayed by the trainers was far from acceptable. Not only did they lack knowledge about their own advertised offers, but their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It's disheartening to feel like a victim of a money-focused approach rather than a valued customer seeking to improve their health.

A gym in the pinch of locality with all modern facilities. The trainer Shuv is also very friendly and helpful. People looking for an option to workout in a very standard rate should definitely consider this option!
