As per my last visit to this fitness centre coach is too good and very nice and soft spoken. About timing it is opened at 6 30 AM to 10 00 Am and in evening too it is opened. What I felt is instruments are little older and it will be great if these are updated and instucter is too dam good. Weight are enough for any type of workout.
