Shakti Sangha

Shakti Sangha comprises of both Medical unit and Dharmashala. In medical unit one can check various health checkup and tests ( X-ray, ECG, USG, Urine, Blood, etc.) with very minimal cost. Like I did test of X-ray, ECG, Blood, Urine by the expense of only ~350 /-. Beside the Medical unit there are rooms for staying called Dharmashala. Here also the rent/night is very minimal. I stayed here 2 nights with cost of 250 /- per night. This Shakti Sangha is doing kind of social works through this kind of activities. Every person in Medical unit and Dharmashala are very cooperative and well behaved. From Purulia station it is not far, in toto it takes 20-30 /-.

Best diagnostic centre in the entire West Bengal with minimal rate. Medical Card is available for senior citizens which gives you 15% discount in total bill you have to pay.and for the poor there is a channel through application to secretory doing that you can get some of concession as much as possible.

This one star for only one doctor, my father was regular followed up from 1.5-2 yrs to till.. Under him, and paying the fee as others! Mainly my father checked up because of hypertension ( increased of blood pressure ) the consultant changed medicines but no result his bp is 160/70 to 180/80 mmhg.. But we have contact number and had no solution on this problem and the consultant is visit shakti sangha once in a month, i asked for no or assistant no.. The ans NA.. Then i shout and ultimately got the no. She changed the medicine by wp. After 3 days my fathe went to shakti sangha for chk- up. Nd request to the doctor to talk to my daughter (me) for a mnt.. He was..angry, i was on phone.. After that he angry on my father and shout then he said his assistant to get lost the prescription.. Any kind of right he had???? This typ of consultant we have in our PURULIA... Very shameful to us!! Very bad overall management. Only Good things is that their charges are low compared to others.
