It was used to be a good gym with good behaviour, cooperation and surroundings but gradually it became worst with the time.. Behaviour is big No ... They have no respect for the members either they are new or old..

I've been here at the gym for almost a year now, And this is the best gym I have seen in a year in Birati.. The trainer at our gym is very nice and very friendly, Every person in this gym is very nice and in my opinion it is a very safe and secure place for women..

It was my fault to not continue working out constantly. But I witnessed visible results for the two_three months of my continuation. It's a fresh start tomorrow again and I wish to get an amazing body again with the help of their guidance. They teach with care and dedication and keeps on motivating you unless you become bound to push your limits. That's exactly what a fitness centre is supposed to do. Love this place. See you soon

One of the best and cost friendly gym. I have seen many gyms taking huge amount of money yet the service they provide is not so satisfying. I think I will never found this kind of treatment in any other gym, it's like second home to us, we play, we enjoy and we exercise regularly.The owner of the gym Paromita ma'am is like a strict teacher to us, scold us if we skip classes or not maintaining our diet. She is the one who keeps me motivated. And the trainer Saheb Pradhan is one the best trainer. He help us to be in good shape. He is giving new new exercise to us so that we don't get bore. I recommend this place to everyone. Please join here, you will definitely get result.

In our day today busy schedule we must take out some time for our health ( mental and physical). Fitness in motion is such a place where we can improve our physical fitness as well as can have a relaxing periods by having a new group of friends with same motto. The trainers and the gym owners are very friendly understanding yet disciplined. They mainly focus on free hand exercises ( cardio, upper body,hand and leg)and light weight training..which is very effective....they also provide online training.I have reduced around 7 kg under their guidance(Post lockdown).Nutritional advice is also provided here. Strongly recommended...
