There is barely any space to do anything, half of the time it's closed, the equipments are old, the owner demands more money than the gym is actually worth, the timings are wierd, the instructor is himself not fit, limited weights on dumbells i.e. you gotta add more weights to the dumbells manually if you want a heavier weight which in my opinion is a complete waste of time, i wish i could give like negative stars.... The people who've given a 5 star review is because the owner asks them to do it. Overall this place is trash and needs a major upgrade. Also the weights are old and rusted so in case you ever hurt yourself you ought to take a tetanus shot.

Okayish Gym and Spa. My mom used to go to this gym back in 2010. I joined this gym few days back. Nothing fancy. Basic equipments. The main reason behind me joining this gym is it's fees. It's quite low.

I only had a short interaction with the owner of this business and had mixed feelings. I was looking for a place near my home to stay in shape for only a couple of weeks but was given two options: payment for a full month in advance or payment on a per day basis (more than 3 times the monthly charge). A weekly rent would have been ideal but I guess it did not make business sense for the owner. I did not sign up for either of the options ,eventually, because the owner stated a limitation in terms of the treadmill usage. Apparently, one would not be able to use the treadmill more than 15 mins in a day. This was the dealbreaker for me.

Very good monitoring and proper guidance But smaller space & needs more gym equipment to modernise.
