Life Fitness Gym is truly very good.. First of all, the behaviour of the Sir & ma'am there is very nice. They have supported me completely both mentally & physically. Not only me, they help all the students there. No matter how much I say about them, it will still feel less. They only told me one thing- that I'm healthy & they see no problem in me. They said that within 1month many of my problems would go away, & I would not even feel them anymore. And now it has been 2months, and truly, many of my problems have gone away. For example: I couldn't sleep, I used to feel nauseous most of the time, I didn't have strength in my body, I didn't feel like talking to people, I didn't smile, I stayed silent all the time, I couldn't poop properly, bad thoughts always disturbed me, I couldn't make proper decision for any work, I always felt like maybe I wouldn't live much longer, I was always angry & lost my temper very quickly. I have found solutions to all these problems - I'm healthy now. In this Gym not only Gym training but solutions to every problem can be found. I want to request those who are suffering from such mental & physical problems: plz come & talk at Life Fitness Gym. You too will recover just like me, InshaAllah. I am fully satisfied with the gym. All the people in the gym are very good. All the 3 teachers Sir and Madam are very good and they take care of each and every students. And the equipments are very good and it gives the positive ambience and positive environment.

After joining this gym, I have experienced a remarkable transformation in my lifestyle and physical health. I have successfully lost weight from 66 kg to 63 kg and now feel much fit, stronger, and more energetic than before. The sincere guidance and constant motivation from Roni sir , Biki sir and Sanea ma'am, along with their friendly and supportive nature, have inspired me to stay consistent in my workouts. This gym has not only helped me achieve weight loss but also given me the mental strength and positivity to live a healthier and happier life.

It's a fantastic gym with great ambiance, and the trainers are very helpful and well-behaved; they are very supportive. I lost near about 5 kg in one and a half months. I feel more energetic and enthusiastic after joining the gym.The gym was recently renovated with new , high-quality machines.

Best gym centre in Malda.. I love this gym because of the environment and the people.. our female trainer Sanea ma'am she's train us so well she encourage us so much the environment feels like family.. and we have our Vicky sir and the main male trainer Rony sir he train people so good when you have any questions or anything he explain you everything until you understand.. over all diet and exercise will give you result in very short period of time I got results within 1 nd half month I lost 6kg and the stubborn bellyfat too.. don't think too much just join this specific gym this is you sign..
