I am thankful to my gym mentor Shouvik whose positive inspiration and proper instructions gives me true vibes for loosing weight and being fit and healthy by mentally and physically . Very good and well equipped gym. It gives you positive energy by sucking all the negative energies. It also helps you by providing personal trainers. You may lose weight or you may build body in this gym. I think this is the best gym in Krishna Nagar.

I had been really underweight and suffering from blood pressure falls all the time.. but after continuous training.. I am quite better....The trainers are also very nice and friendly..
