Very nice. I would suggest to go the gym. Well built full AC & a very friendly staff to help with your worries. Personal training is a costly affair but again it's worth the cost. Since they're pretty hard at work.

That food was ok ok ,portion size was good according to the price, though half of the menu was not available that day, couldn't try much!!

Good equipments with trainers available all the time. Clean gym floor, good sound system. Joy sir being the owner has lot of experiences. Had some wonderful time training here. 4/5 as we all look for something even better.

Ambience is very competitive. All trainers are very friendly and helpful. Ofcourse there is a limit to free advice from trainers if you're not appointing a personal trainer for yourself, else this gym is really worth every penni it changes. Spread across 3 floors, cardio, machine and free weights, this gym is simply great. Charges are 2500 during admission And 2000 monthly. There are quarterly and other packages available too. Undoubtedly the equipments are modernised but it's trainer that equally matters. The price is too high and the trainers always remain busy with their personal works. They don't bother to train new joinees. What's the point of joining such a high priced gym where training is not provided. They charge a higher fees( more than Rs 1000 over and above Rs 2000) for a personal trainer and if someone is ready to make that payment then they might bother to train.

Love the atmosphere, the vibes, the trainers are awesome and top notch well maintained equipment. Joy da and his team is supercool and always helps everyone in their workouts. Super recommended!
