From the very beginning of my early life I used to face many problems before working. So I decided to do Yoga for keeping myself healthy and fit. I came to know about this Yoga center. I am doing Yoga at this center for 2 years where now I could find myself as the most tough, healthy and fit person then others. Here I would learn many yoga asanas learning from my teacher and from the other students also who were much smaller then me. The lessons which I had got always being useful for me in this entire life. Discipline always comes from a Teacher who would you taught you How to lead a discipled lifestyle.
