I've been a member of UFC GYM for the past few years, and I've been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The facility is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment to cater to all kinds of workouts, from weightlifting to cardio and everything in between. The trainers are friendly and professional, always available to offer guidance or help you with any questions. The trainers are knowledgeable, and they offer a variety of fitness classes that are both challenging and fun. I've taken a few of their group sessions, and they're always high-energy and engaging. The gym's hours are very convenient, which is a big plus for me as I often have a busy schedule. I also appreciate that they have a variety of membership options, so it's easy to find one that suits your needs. Overall, I highly recommend UFC GYM if you're looking for a place to work out that offers great facilities, excellent trainers, and a welcoming environment.

I have had a very bad experience with this gym from the beginning. The first day I joined, I received very bad behaviour from all the members and staff members, all making fun of me for being from outside of India. Even then, I persisted and tried my best to make everything ok in this gym and better my physique. One thing I must say is that the trainers of this gym are utterly rude and have no understanding or knowledge on how to behave with basic gym etiquette. On the 14th of April, I paid for a day pass and decided to continue my gym session at this gym because I am used to the equipment. There was someone struggling with an exercise, and the trainer was unable to help in a proper manner. In this scenario, I told the trainer use a chest supported row instead because it's better for beginners. Instead of acknowledging my opinion, I was received with a "I know how much knowledge you have, please don't tell me". I understand that it may be bad for a trainer to hear that it may be easier for a beginner to use a chest supported press, but the trainer was struggling in helping the person and, scientifically proven, it is easier for muscles to be stabilised for a chest supported row. So I don't find anything wrong in suggesting that. Upon telling the head of the gym, he started telling me that I have no right to tell a trainer what to do. If you get a 1 year membership, you're treated with respect, if you get a 6 month membership you aren't treated as well. If you get a day pass, you're treated like a street dog. I understand if I was telling the trainer how to do the exercise, but I only suggested a slightly altered method. After this, I began speaking with the head trainer and he started shouting at me - I simply stated that it is gym etiquette to help others progress. Even then, he started shouting at me and telling me to put my foot on the ground, simply just finding methods to belittle me. Afterwards, he started taking pictures of me without my consent. This is absolutely unacceptable and I stated to him that he doesn't have my consent. This is not right because it goes against the law (Article 226). He then proceeded to state that I have only been taking day passes and have no right to tell a trainer what to do. This is utterly unacceptable because I had taken a 3 month membership with trainers also. Overall, I find this a horrible experience because firstly I was insulted many times, secondly my privacy was invaded, and many lies were told. This is a horrible gym with horrible trainers and services, please avoid at all costs because I don't want other people to face the experience I have faced over the last year. Additionally, the water provided at the gym is dirty, and white bits come out of it. Avoid Ronit, who insulted me by saying I have no knowledge, and constantly making fun of me. Avoid Rahul, who is constantly rude. Avoid Samir who invades people's privacy, which is a criminal offence. Absolutely 3rd grade gym.

UFC is my 2nd home. The environment is very independent here and all the trainer's are very body positive and friendly. Samir sir and Jayanta sir are my favorite trainers. The equipments are great, besides it also has amenities for aerial yoga and gymnastics unlike most other gyms. It's a very safe space for youngsters who are still exploring their bodily needs, especially women.

Best gym with best equipments. All the tranner are professionals and well trained. Had a great experience here
