This the best gym known to me till date. It's a very modern gym with alot of different and well maintained equipments to get the best of yourself. The trainer here dipanjan guha is one of the best kind trainer here. He is also a very knowledgeable person to know and share your workouts with. I highly recommend this place to everybody specially beginners

This is one of the best gym in thakurpukur area with all kinds of modern day equipments and friendly trainers. The flexibility of timing here is the advantage out here. Although I have a suggestion or concern to the owner regarding a guy called sourav mondal.The guy is extremely ill behaved guy.I believe he has received very poor education as well manners from his family and school.He teases other members with very raw slangs and basically does ragging of the weaker physique gym members. He claims he is the closest friend of owner so even if anyone complain against him no action will be taken. But because of this the image of the gym is getting degraded,as many members are leaving the gym just because of him. He is a kind of mental torture to people because he really teases poorly to the members and no one protest or stops him including trainers. My kind request to the owner to please take some action against him because he is degrading you gyms image which you will realze later. Overall the gym is great with all sorts of facilities except for the people management.
