Great place to workout. I was there for trial. And the area is damn big and those "Being Strong" machines are buttery smooth, it just makes you fall in love with this gym. For boxers there is a boxing area for those who like to do cardio session after their workout...

Not a very pleasant experience. I happen to come to this gym occasionally when I stay in Barasat.. this gym has marketed its business timing till 11pm, but they have modified this as per their personal convenience to 10pm.. now this is something I didn't like.. there are a lot of other things which got magnified post this - equipment not maintained, lights kept off most of the time etc.. This place was definitely good once it was new.. but not so much now..

Honestly speaking, equipments wise gym is fully loaded. But there are too much chaos in the gym. Cat fights are happening everytime regarding little little things. Even if you ask for changing the music, there are lots of questions. No trainer is helpful if you are not taking the personal training(extra 4k per month). I have paid the whole year membership, that is why I have to go there, otherwise I would have left the gym due to the toxic environment.. Dear Management, please try to fix these things for betterment. Otherwise people will not definitely consider this gym for the equipments only....

Please dont take membership of this gym, they will just force you to take personal trainers and supplements. They are a scam, they don have trade license, they won provide gst bill, you cannot claim your gym membership with their bill. Its basically an illegal property. They are running in loss, and the biggest reveal is they are going to close the gym in December, they have already notified mall management but they are still selling yearly membership. If you are opting for this gym, please consult mall management brfore taling memberships. This is biggest scam in Madhyamgram right no. Please join core gym in chowmatha instead of this .

A perfect gym in ghauri town phase 5. All facilities are available suana, steaming, table tennis, foosball, snooker, cardio technology and much more A very advanced and tidy environment. Best gym for workout with beautiful packages. Enjoy the best services in own town

Ok! So here goes what happened with me at fitness Empire.So i visit Kolkata once in a while and i use to come to this gym.So this time when i paid for my membership their card machine wasn't working and the lady at the reception already made a bill and she asked me to pay in cash which i agreed but she said she can't cancel the bill and asked me to pay the next day . So i paid the next time. Told her to write it down and correct the due which she written on the bill book the other day.Which she clearly forgot.Now after a month when i paid for the month of June the reception lady who comes in the morning told me my bill is not found . When i told her i paid the lady who sits in the evening please ask her . She said she cannot remember. Later they started saying it's written due and i haven't paid .But i know for sure i have paid and i will never avail a gym service for the entire month and not pay ,and if i have not paid ,will you not even ask me once ? The entire may month has gone and while i am paying for June you remember that i didn't pay for May?Is that even possible? i told them please check the cc tv camera or tally your bills which they didn't. Then i spoke to Anwar who is incharge and he told me he will see into the matter .After a week also they could not sort out the issue and asked me to pay again. Which i denied and asked them to check in the camera.Because i am confident enough and i knew in the camera it will show .But i don't know why they denied to check the camera and misbehaved with me. So then today while i was working out the girl from the reception came and told me Mr Anwar is asking me to pay again. I asked her can i have a word with Mr Anwar and did Mr. Anwar checked on it. She said she isn't sure if he has checked or not but you have to pay.So i told her i wanted have a word with Mr. Anwar. He didn't receive my call his phone was busy he didn't gave me a call back. She went back and along with other gym employees she started discussing it in front of other members of the gym too. Which is very insulting. How can you gossip and discuss in front of other members at the gym .After a while the gym employees comes back and asked me to get out of the gym while i was in middle of my workout .I am really really shocked. I wanted to talk to Anwar he didn't bother to talk to me neither he explained anything. He just asked his employees to get me out of the gym insulting me in front of every member at the gym. I am at awe of this situation and wondering how unprofessional the employees can be here. All the three trainers the reception lady and Anwar being their boss didn't even try to help or sort this matter.Their card machine never works, their ac isn't working half the lights aren't working, washroom is super stinky a person cannot breathe there, very few people use towels even at this covid time,plus unprofessional behaviour from the trainers, rude and forgetful reception lady, who takes money and forgets to make a fresh bill, their boss Anwar is rude and never bothered to look into any of theses. Trainers are only bothered about personal training. They are trying to convert each person to their personal clients. And if you are someone who isn't asking for help or taking PT from them then they can be quite rude to you. If this is how you treat your customers best of luck. Really upset with these and you guys really need to check on your employees behaviour.I travel across the country and been to many a gyms but never something like these has ever happened to me. I hope the management notice this feedback .
