Hardly any equipments are there, there is no person to assist or help... proper weights not there ... the receptionist will not be available half of the times, and whenever she is available there is just one question... have you made the payment? She will stop you everyday and check the system if the membership is valid of not (most frustrating). The trainers are not professional, rude, arrogant and expensive for no good reason. Also this is the first gym that i've seen that closes at 9:30 pm... and the staff will start switching off lights between 9-9:15 pm... so if you think you can workout after your office hours, this gym is a solid no.

Good Equipments and a very Friendly Receptionist

Gym is well equipped, well maintained with good hygiene, the vibe is really awesome, staffs are really great. My trainer Vicky Jana helps a lot, give motivations, guides in a good manner. I have seen the result within a month. PLEASE NOTE : - It's a request, when you don't have any guts to workout, kindly do not blame the gym or the trainers, trainers never suggest for steroids, and for supplements its a protein for your body where you can buy from any stores and proteins are not harmful, even it is required.

Although I have joined this gym since 10 months but I wouldn't suggest anybody to join this gym for evening time . Today I went for evening time before going I confirmed with gym owner that gym will be opened till 9:30 .. however when I step in at around 8 first thing receptionist said that it will close around 9 , I told her to cross with the owner and started my workout. Suddenly both the trainer were so furious about the fact that they had stay another half and hour That they talking all nonsense and that too loudly I can hear it . Housekeeping person were also abusing randomly to make me uncomfortable.. Owners are supportive but if your staff are this level of unprofessional , only god can help you with this gym .. it was really a shameful experience how ppl behave to client who had joined from the opening month of gym . Also owner please feel free to cross check any thing .I'll be happy to clear your doubts

I wouldn't recommend anyone to join here. First off the trainers especially the head trainer Viky is very arrogant and unprofessional who demands for personal training under him and if you don't then he behaves very rudely and never helps clients without personal training. Second of all most of the equipments are spoiled and don't work properly. Third of all the atmosphere is quite bad because people with high standards hardly come here. But that's not the point. A few days ago i was informed by the receptionist that the owner of the gym said that my renewal from next month is cancelled but when I asked for a valid reason they don't come to the point. It's not like I'm hard up for the gym because there are plenty of gyms in my area and I'm not less of money. Plus the fees they were charging monthly is not upto the mark because they do not maintain the gym and I'm not getting any proper facilities so no problem even if i leave. I can join anywhere else. Thanks for such a bad experience energy hub.

Although the gym has really good equipments. But the environment is not good. While giving the subscription, they promised us quite a few things but now I am realising it was all just fake promises. 1)The trainers don't know how to communicate with the customers. One of those trainers behaved with me in a very inappropriate manner which I didn't like. And he didn't apologize for it. 2) General Training is included in the monthly fees. But the trainers hesitate to show general exercises and misbehave With some of us. They demand personal training charges for basic guidance. 5k is not a joke!! 3)When I joined on February, they told us they will start Zumba and Yoga classes. But so far it hasn't started. But mostly I wanna complaint about behaviour and attitude of the trainers. One of those trainers told me that they will be sacked if they give us general and basic guidance. Thank You. It's my personal opinion.

The Gym is well equipped. The trainers are very helpful and keeps on pushing you to achieve your desire target. Good place overall. The environment is also very very friendly. Highly recommended.

Worst GYM in Kolkata , don't invest money here. VICKY JANA is a trainer who loots money he will indirectly give you asteroid and worst protein. After taking personal training and complain , please think wisely.
