This is a very good Gym, spread on two floors, separate floor for Ladies, has Lots of Equipment and a very humble, knowledgeable and friendly owner. Not crowded, and easy on the pocket too. A balanced atmosphere, flexible timings, No pushing of supplements, members guided by the trainer to focus on health rather than short term gains. I needed a quite place, and the members here are very cooperative and do not disturb each other. Wonderful place overall if you are looking for a serious place to work out.

Have been frequent here since 2012. It's a very good place to work out, the instructor is good. The gym mates are very helpful and the equipment are enough to get your desired results. Its a very good cost effective solution for your complete workout.

An excellent neighborhood gymnasium with all the required equipments for full body workout. You have options for free hand (dumbbells) workouts as well as machine workouts. Safety is of prime importance here coupled with neat and clean equipments. I've been here for three days now and I've already started vibing with this gym. The trainer, Kanchan da - gives you all the required support and tips to maximize your gains. Strongly recommended for anyone who's wanting to stay fit during this pandemic times.

A well maintained hygenic gym. The gym is open from 6am to 10pm, you can visit any time you wish. Separate floors for gents and ladies. There are CCTVs installed in every corner of the gym, so your belongings are always secure. The trainer and other people are all very friendly and will guide you whenever needed. Unlike most of the gyms in the city, no one here will force you to take supplements and everyone encourages natural body building. The fee is also very reasonable. Overall, a very nice place to work out.

Day 2: Good Gym. Day 10: Since I am ill and having lots of spare time I will revisit my reviews. This gym is awesome all equipment are in good condition and well maintained in addition it has parking space for bike and cycle furthermore spacious interior with good air circulation due to windows on south and north in conclusion whenever I get out of breath I stand beside the flower pots on the terrace garden and count trees 5 months: Summer time has been a hard to workout here due to extreme heat because of the tin shed it get really hot like an oven inside the gym I usually did workout at 10 to 11 AM it became impossible to Workout and i changed my schedule to 4 to 5 PM and due to the 2nd floors AC's external unit placed on varanda of 3rd floor facing inside it becomes ultra giga omega hot near smith cage and the whole gym becomes a pressure cooker. It feels like a zombie apocalypse when I workout because most of the time I am alone. I have tried many time slots like 8-10 AM probably best time because the owner workout at this time, 6- 8 PM bad time because a guy workout at this time by Playing hardbeat pujabi songs for nearly 3 hours, 8-10 PM nearly nobody is in the gym at this time.
