Sweat n Smile Fitness Studio

I am really happy to join this gym. As I am a teenager, I can't do the gym. But definitely, I can do the a loted Yoga , Zumba and dance fitness class which the gym have. The gym members are very helpful and friendly in nature.

Trainers are friendly and good .. Gym equipment are good . With proper deadlift section and dumbbell section . Prices are also affordable.

This gym is fantastic! I have been attending for the past six months, and the trainers are both friendly and highly knowledgeable about workouts. They provide excellent guidance to all members and also offer personal training and diet plans. If you live near the Picnic Garden or Naskarhat area, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I would like to recommend this gym, having so many modern equipments and the ambience is also very very much better than compare to others. Specially the gym trainer Bikram da is also very helpful person. I would like to suggest to all the bodybuilder nearby for a look at this gym. Compare to fees it's really a good gym overall. I think this is the best gym in south kolkata very well maintained decoration,all the equipments are modern and the trainers are well trained also the all staff behavior is very good, very friendly environment. Thanks for replacing such a gym in our locality

I wasn't someone who would go to gym, however when I landed Kolkata and come across this gym, I was hesitated to begin my journey. And then I came across Bikram Sir , my gym trainer in Sweat n Smile fitness studio, and he is one of the best trainer some one can ever have, and even as a person he is an amazing one to have as a guide in someone's life. Now coming to the studio, it's well equipped, very spacious and even all other trainers are really friendly and will always guide you and try to help you. So if your someone in Kolkata still thinking about starting your journey with the gym I would recommend you to start with Sweat n Smile. Now I love to do gym. No more hesitated in my life. All thanx to my sister who introduced me sweat n smile and ofcourse bikram sir.
