As a beginner to strength coaching, I'm having great experience here. Coach Kazi is patient, always encouraging, and knows exactly how to push your limits. The community of fellow trainees here also give a super positive vibe! 10 on 10 recommend!

It's an amazing facility with state of the art infrastructure and world class coach in Kazi sir. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fitter, stronger and move as they were born to!

I've hopped between gyms -even the fancy ones like ITC - but none really worked for me until Strength First. I was actually introduced to this place by someone very special, and it's turned out to be one of the best gifts I've received. Kazi Sir is the reason this gym stands out! He notices the smallest details, understands every individual's body type, and makes you feel like your journey actually matters. His focus on form, longevity, and building a lifestyle rather than just chasing quick results is rare ! and it changes how you see fitness altogether. Strength First isn't just a gym. It's motivation, accountability, and consistency rolled into one! Easily the best decision I didn't make alone.

I definitely loved this training session , because Kazi is very knowledgeable and his ability to understand human body capability and curate personal training for each individual is remarkable. Only thing is the administration part and enrolment process could have been improved .

Having always enjoyed outdoor sports, I was never quite fond of working out indoors at a gym. But Strength First and Kazi have really changed my mind - making me excited about getting stronger! Kazi is knowledge, approachable and patient - instils faith and trust in the process he follows. In addition to the usual training, the climbing wall, access to recovery like steam, sauna is an added plus. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to begin their fitness journey or up their game :)
