Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Gym! I rarely leave reviews, but this place to absolutely deserves a warning for anyone considering it. First of all, the air conditioning is practically non-existent. Some areas of the gym have weak AC at best, while other parts have no ventilation at all. The place feels stuffy and suffocating from the moment you walk in, especially during peak hours. If you're expecting a refreshing workout environment, think again -- the overpowering mix of sweat, socks, and body odour hits you like a wall. To make things worse, the bathrooms are a nightmare. There's a persistent, stinky smell that forces you to hold your breath every time you walk by. It's particularly uncomfortable and unhygienic, especially for women. The lack of cleanliness and ventilation in the washrooms is shocking. The equipment quality is extremely basic and outdated -- nothing close to what you'd expect for the membership fee they charge. Don't expect variety or functionality here; it's minimal and poorly maintained. The gym is also cramped and overcrowded. You literally have to look around carefully just to find a safe spot to take a step or do your set. It doesn't feel like a place built for fitness -- more like an afterthought stuffed into a tiny space. People go to the gym to relieve stress, but stepping into this environment just adds to your frustration. There's nothing refreshing, nothing professional, and certainly nothing worth recommending. Do yourself a favor -- skip this place and find a gym that actually cares about hygiene, space, and customer comfort.

It is a very good experience for beginners, intermediates and also advanced. Well groomed trainer with many years of experience. 1star deduction because they have two floor in which the biggest one has no AC but still it manage. It has everything cardio, weights etc. In my opinion it is the best gym overall

Very good gym with proper equipments and really helpful trainers

I am recently gym work. This gym is very comfortable and very nice. Teener is very comfortable this gym.. All members is very good communication. All over good ..
