Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Gym! I rarely leave reviews, but this place to absolutely deserves a warning for anyone considering it. First of all, the air conditioning is practically non-existent. Some areas of the gym have weak AC at best, while other parts have no ventilation at all. The place feels stuffy and suffocating from the moment you walk in, especially during peak hours. If you're expecting a refreshing workout environment, think again -- the overpowering mix of sweat, socks, and body odour hits you like a wall. To make things worse, the bathrooms are a nightmare. There's a persistent, stinky smell that forces you to hold your breath every time you walk by. It's particularly uncomfortable and unhygienic, especially for women. The lack of cleanliness and ventilation in the washrooms is shocking. The equipment quality is extremely basic and outdated -- nothing close to what you'd expect for the membership fee they charge. Don't expect variety or functionality here; it's minimal and poorly maintained. The gym is also cramped and overcrowded. You literally have to look around carefully just to find a safe spot to take a step or do your set. It doesn't feel like a place built for fitness -- more like an afterthought stuffed into a tiny space. People go to the gym to relieve stress, but stepping into this environment just adds to your frustration. There's nothing refreshing, nothing professional, and certainly nothing worth recommending. Do yourself a favor -- skip this place and find a gym that actually cares about hygiene, space, and customer comfort.

It is a very good experience for beginners, intermediates and also advanced. Well groomed trainer with many years of experience. 1star deduction because they have two floor in which the biggest one has no AC but still it manage. It has everything cardio, weights etc. In my opinion it is the best gym overall

Power House Reloaded - The Worst Gym Experience Ever My past experience at Power House Reloaded was beyond disappointing--it was outright terrible. This gym has always been full of harassment, false accusations, and unprofessional behavior. The worst part was the way I was treated by the owner's wife, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of stepping in and handling the situation fairly, the owner chose to ignore it, showing no concern for his customers. The management has always favored their own family, no matter how wrong they were, while completely disregarding paying clients. Their arrogance was tolerated, and customer complaints were brushed aside as if they didn't matter. If you were looking for a place where you'd be treated with respect, this was definitely not it. On top of the toxic atmosphere, the gym itself was outdated and poorly maintained--it felt like this gym was stuck in the past. Many essential machines were missing, and the equipment that was there felt old and neglected. If you were serious about fitness, this gym was only a disappointment. Additionally, this gym is not a good place for couples. Despite being a unisex gym, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like couples were treated unfairly. Instead of fostering a positive and inclusive environment, the management's biased and arrogant behavior made it uncomfortable for anyone visiting with their partner. Overall, Power House Reloaded is not just a mismanaged gym--it is a place that has been rotting from the inside due to its own incompetence, favoritism, and lack of respect for its customers. "An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again, but one which crumbles from within is dead forever." This gym is a perfect example of that. If you ever considered joining, do yourself a favor and find a better place.

The gym has very good ambience and the trainers are very welcoming and homely

Upstairs it's really hot, just suffocating..fan also doesn't work properly , all sides are blocked ,very bad experience
