This is the best core studio I've came across. Here u'll get Shrabonti ma'am as your trainer & she's outstanding! Extremely professional at her work & very punctual. She perfectly shows & instructs the positions with proper explanation of which body part is engaging/working. I workout so comfortably & smoothly here as she patiently focuses on each n every trainee. I've joined her class 3 months ago & enjoying the sessions in such a spacious, pretty rooftop studio that also provides yoga mat. Glad that I'm taking training under Shraboni ma'am's supervision...she's a fitness goal. I'm having a great experience & highly recommend this place.

Shrabonti Di is an excellent trainer. She is very much professional, knowledgeable and punctual. In online class also, she explains all the steps very patiently. It's been two months since I joined Pilates The Core Studio and thoroughly enjoying each class ! Piyali is a very good instructor; the whole session flows very smoothly. I found it really helpful that she explains when and where to transfer your bodyweight in each position, meaning I don't have joint pain at the end of the session.
