Professional trainers, latest equipment, cleanliness all over, steam room, great physiotherapist and physio-trainers. Most importantly the staff are really helpful and courteous. The swimming pool is absolutely fit for beginners and apt for hydrotherapy. It is temperature controlled with Jacuzzi. Swimming instructor is always available. I being a patient of arthritis has benefited from the gym facilities and the the professional physiotherapist and gym trainer.

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made! The equipment is top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The atmosphere is energetic yet welcoming -- perfect for beginners and advanced members alike. I've seen real progress both physically and mentally since becoming a member. The best gym i have ever visited. Facilities non other than a premium gym. The best thing i like about the receptionist behaviour. I would also recommend their malabar segment that has pool facility also.
