I am very much satisfied with the gym only except the absence of steam bath facility. I wish there were steam bath provision. I am specially delighted with personal trainer Rakhi's careful assistance. She is very much sincere and diligent, friendly yet particular to support me to achieve my goal . Also Saikat and all the other other trainers are also very helpful. They happily helped me when I occasionally come in the evening time, beyond the timings of Rakhi. I look forward in great expectations to reduce my weight and achive a good and well maintained figure by continuing in this gymnasium.

I had a really disappointing experience at Muscle Up Gym. When I called before joining, I was told that the general trainers would help me out properly. But once I went there, the reality was totally different. The trainers were rude, reluctant to show any exercises, and mostly busy on their phones or chatting among themselves.
It was very clear they weren't interested in helping unless I took a personal training package they could have just said that instead of misbehaving. On top of that, they even laughed among themselves when I couldn't do an exercise, which was extremely unprofessional and humiliating.
I went for only two days, and it already felt like a complete waste of money. The environment is horrible no motivation, no guidance, and no respect for members. Would not recommend this gym to anyone.
