This gym is a great place to get in shape and stay healthy. The facilities are top-notch and always clean. The equipment is well-maintained only thing you will miss is the butterfly machine and there is always plenty of space to work out, The gym trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to offer advice and help with proper form and technique. They are also highly motivational, encouraging you to push yourself to reach your goals. I would especially like to thank Devraj Sir he is always available to help you. I joined 3 gyms (I don't want to take names) before in Topsia but this is the best among all you have to pay a bit more but it worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this gym and its trainers to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health.

Good gym and good trainer but punching bag missing in the gym

The gym is really good ...I have been to many Gym but ever since I have joined this gym , I really liked it ... The environment is really good and helpful ... Subhash sir,the trainer in the gym is really nice person and very helpful.. he helps me and others and trains us excellently. The gym equipments are good... So far so good ... The mam who greets us at the reception is also very helpful and friendly...
