Mind & Muscle Gym (Unisex)

This gym located about 5 min walk from Behala Tram depot offers variety of wide equipments to train. Trainers are really supportive and offers a variety of exercise to train each and every body part. The gym is spacious and is open from morning 6.30am till 10.30pm (Mon-Sat). Would recommend dedicated personal trainer in case you wish gain/lose weight for proper workout/diet.

The trainers in the gym are very helpful and co-operative to us and its a great ongoing journey till now thanks to every senior members of the gym for everything.

I've been training at this gym for a while now and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's always enough variety for both strength training and cardio. The trainers here are super knowledgeable--they don't just give you random plans but actually guide you step by step and correct your form whenever needed, specially Riddhi da and Kalyan da are the best .The environment is clean, spacious, and motivating, with great music that keeps the energy high. Everyone from the staff to the members is friendly, so it never feels intimidating even if you're a beginner. Overall, this gym provides everything you need to stay consistent and push yourself to the next level."

One of the best gym! The equipments are new and good! The behaviour of the staff is also good! The trainers are also very good and guide properly to everyone individual! The ambience is also beautiful with full AC.I would recommend everyone to join this gym if you want to be fit and fine!
