This gym has a great atmosphere with well-maintained equipment and plenty of space to work out comfortably. The trainers are friendly, supportive, and always ready to guide you with proper techniques. Overall, it's a clean, motivating, and affordable place to stay fit.

I have been a member of this gym since July 2024. I am proud to say I have been developing and achieving my fitness goals at this branch at a very consistent rate. This is primarily because of the trainers of this branch. They are people who are highly knowledgeable and do not hesitate to help you with correcting your form or advising you on better exercise routines, that too without you having to take Personal Training (PT) from them. They are very friendly and definitely make your gym experience way better in all the ways that matter. The trainers are certainly very approachable and you won't ever feel the need to hesitate whenever you have questions or doubts regarding the exercises you are doing or following a certain diet which you are unsure about. They also take our feedback into account whenever there are miscreants or casual gym goers making a nuisance for everyone who is there to work out and achieve their fitness goals in a serious manner, and do not take any action without having verified the issues first. Beyond that, the amenities and machines at this gym are really good and up to some of the best standards across gyms in our city, which further helps you in your fitness journey. In this age of social media, the random hype of getting involved into fitness just for the sake of it is rampant across many gyms, and I am happy that at this branch such people aren't given the time of day and are dealt with in a proper manner when complaints regarding their in-gym behavior are reported. This is what the gym community is all about, and this branch is a prime example of the necessary integrity and shared values that those of us who are into fitness seriously live off of. All in all, I would definitely 10/10 recommend this branch of Kross9 if you are looking to start your fitness journey or even looking for a change in scenery from your previous gyms.

I've had an amazing experience at this gym! It's a top-notch facility with all the equipment you could possibly need. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They're not only polite and friendly but also very attentive to individual needs, always ready to help with form correction or customized guidance.

Kross 9 is easily one of the best fitness centres in the area. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of machines that cater to the needs of both beginners and advanced lifters. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, affable, and approachable. The overall ambience of the gym is truly admirable.

Offers pretty much every machine that is needed, along with changing rooms, warmup room, etc. The gym is clean and well maintained, also looks the interior is nice with mirrors everywhere. The staff/trainers are helpful and friendly aswell. However at sometimes the gym feels overcrowded, but apart from that it's a good gym for daily workout.

I have recently become a member of this gym and I'm truly impressed. The gym is well-maintained with all the essential equipment available. The trainers are very helpful and provide proper guidance during workouts. The other staff members are polite and cooperative. Its location, just opposite KPC Hospital, makes it quite convenient as well. Overall, a great place to maintain fitness.
