Dear Iron Armour Fitness Studio Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the highly disappointing experience I've had at your gym, Iron Armour Fitness Studio. I enrolled with certain expectations of professionalism, discipline, and a positive environment - all of which have unfortunately not been met. Over the past few weeks, I've observed and experienced several issues: 1.Unprofessional Behavior of Members: Many members do not follow basic gym etiquette, including occupying machines unnecessarily, loud and disruptive behavior. 2.Negligent Trainers: Instead of guiding or assisting members, some trainers are often seen chatting among themselves or favoring only a few individuals. 3.The receptionist has consistently been dismissive and uncooperative when approached for help or queries. A basic level of courtesy and professionalism is missing, which reflects poorly on the gym's management. 4.The gym atmosphere feels chaotic and unmanaged. Equipment is often left scattered, hygiene standards are not consistently maintained, and there seems to be no effort to improve the overall environment. Due to all of the above reasons, I am no longer comfortable continuing my membership at Iron Armour Fitness Studio. I therefore request a full refund of the remaining membership amount at the earliest.
