Dear Iron Armour Fitness Studio Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the highly disappointing experience I've had at your gym, Iron Armour Fitness Studio. I enrolled with certain expectations of professionalism, discipline, and a positive environment - all of which have unfortunately not been met. Over the past few weeks, I've observed and experienced several issues: 1.Unprofessional Behavior of Members: Many members do not follow basic gym etiquette, including occupying machines unnecessarily, loud and disruptive behavior. 2.Negligent Trainers: Instead of guiding or assisting members, some trainers are often seen chatting among themselves or favoring only a few individuals. 3.The receptionist has consistently been dismissive and uncooperative when approached for help or queries. A basic level of courtesy and professionalism is missing, which reflects poorly on the gym's management. 4.The gym atmosphere feels chaotic and unmanaged. Equipment is often left scattered, hygiene standards are not consistently maintained, and there seems to be no effort to improve the overall environment. Due to all of the above reasons, I am no longer comfortable continuing my membership at Iron Armour Fitness Studio. I therefore request a full refund of the remaining membership amount at the earliest.

I've tried many gyms in Girish Park, but Iron Armour stands out for its disciplined training and results-driven approach. I love his place. The owner's behaviour is too good, though I have met him only twice.

At first, I felt a bit shy joining the gym, as women often feel uncomfortable in such spaces. But the environment at Iron Armour Fitness Studio is very respectful and comfortable. That fear quickly went away. The trainers are extremely supportive, and as a woman, I feel safe and confident working out here. I've lost around 4 kg in just one and a half months. The yoga and fat-burning sessions are amazing!

Top-notch personal trainers! They focus on fitness goals and diet plans tailored to you. If you're near Girish Park, this is the gym to join! Clean environment, positive vibe, and friendly trainers. Five stars from me!

Fantastic Gym, Amazing Trainer! My gym is excellent, and Sam, my trainer, is so supportive. Sam's support has been phenomenal he has transformed my body completely making workouts enjoyable. Highly recommend this great atmosphere for anyone aiming for fitness goals!" It's a great place to work out with fantastic guidance.

The gym is well-equipped, and the trainers are highly professional. The workout plans are tailored to individual goals. I especially enjoy their powerlifting section--it's fully equipped. It's the best gym near Girish Park.

Zym is running a scam in the name of budget gym .It doesn't have a quite big area and is compact with equipments and currently zym owners are overburdening it with more and more people. I got an injury of getting hit at head by barbell as it was way too crowded. Specially for Novice there is no trainer hired by Zym so basically you have to take trainer at cost of around 2-3 K per month . Plz avoid if you don't want to get injured and want to exercise with peace of mind.
