Worst gym possible. The worst thing is the owner. The lady pokes her nose into everything. She doesn't have a basic idea about fitness but acts like a know-all. She is more concerned about her electricity bill than the quality of equipments in the gymnasium(switches off ACs at intervals). Trainers are reluctant to teach proper form (i doubt whether they know it themselves) and try to sell fake protein supplements to the members.

Though small, the gym has all basic facilities. The place is perfect for daily workouts.

The place is tooo small... Too costly... Location is also not good..

They have two floors. One for cardio and another for weights. The weights floor is very small and really inadequate for serious gym enthusiast
