About Fresh Fit Fitness

In our classes the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.Full-body relaxation and to mentain the body balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, hip openers etc. to complete the entire process. Along with diet charts , Zumba training , Aerobics , different forms of Yoga training are provided here.
