So here we go!
Well, I joined the gym almost a month ago, and I gotta admit it's a beautiful place with beautiful people
I previously had no idea about exercising and gyms. Since the era of lockdown and WFH, I've been stuck at home and become immobile.
Due to that, I gained lots of weight and health issues. Well, thanks to the Fitoholic team, I feel much more active now.
The trainers are really very beginner-friendly, and so are the senior members of the gym. They'll help you learn everything and check timely about your progress.
Rahul da is an extremely good and down-to-earth person to talk to. He helps with both the diet and exercise chart. He's always there to help you with your queries!
As a beginner and a first-timer in the world of "gym and exercise," I must say Fitoholic is a good place to start your journey

I joined this gym a month ago as a complete beginner, and it has exceeded my expectations!! The ambience is great. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the trainers are highly knowledgeable, supportive and maintain excellent discipline. They ensure individual guidance to everyone. The gym is equipped with advanced machines, always clean, and the atmosphere is incredibly encouraging. The members are disciplined and supportive, making every workout enjoyable. Its near to my home so it's an advantage for me but keeping that aside providing a review from a neutral perspective, I have been to other gymnasiums but never lose more than 2-3 kgs. Here it is something different because you have to be motivated to work on yourself which the trainers here did well along with the owner himself. After joining here without any suppliment I lose a lot of body weight just through simple excersise and the normal and simple diet which they will provide. Now comming to suppliments they never suggested anything to me. Now when I lost some mentionable amount of body weight I enquired what's next, then they suggested some along with some diet plans which I am currently following and can already feel the difference. I will come and give feedback on this after few months.
NB : Joined here for last 5 months and lose weight within this span without any suppliment just on only workout and diet..( was over 85kgs and currently I am standing in 78kgs)
Hence it's a place where one can definitely try for atleast once and then decide by themselves as this place is also not a burden on pocket...

Fitoholic gym is certainly the best gym existing in this area. The gym is clean, well-lit and spacious, with plenty of modern equipments for all types of workouts.
One thing that really makes it stand out is the knowledgeable and friendly trainers who are available to assist with the workouts and offer advice on proper form and technique. They are always willing to answer any question I ask and are very approachable. Moreover, it's not only a gym, the people who choose to workout here are a fam. And finally about the owner, Rahul Da, who has created a welcoming atmosphere for the members helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
