I visited the gym yesterday with my Wife and Sister, we liked the environment and setup of the gym. So we took the admission for the entire year. Yearly subscription plan is impressive. I have also visited another Gym in the same locality, I rather we choose this one. Behaviour of the management and the instructor is also impressive.
Feedback - Fitnet Nagerbazar Branch I'm a member of Fitnet Nagerbazar branch, and I, along with many other members, have been facing several issues for a long time. Unfortunately, despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution so far -- and honestly, I no longer expect one based on the response we've received. Here are the key concerns: 1. The AC is turned off from 1 PM to 4 PM, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. 2. Even when it's on, the AC temperature is fixed at 24degC, which is ineffective for a gym environment. 3. All the gym belts are damaged and have not been replaced. 4. The tyre used for exercises has been removed completely. 5. A punching bag is available but still not installed. 6. Stretching bands are very limited and mostly unusable. 7. When we call the helpline, the behavior of the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. 8. Overall, the management lacks professionalism and seems uninterested in addressing member concerns. I have repeatedly raised these issues and even sent an email, but received no response till date. There is also no direct email ID of the owner, making it impossible to escalate the matter further. Honestly, I feel stuck after taking a 1-year membership, and I don't want others to face the same frustration. Please take immediate action to improve member experience and basic gym standards.
Great unisex gym with a welcoming vibe! Clean facilities, modern equipment, and diverse classes cater to all fitness levels. Friendly staff and inclusive atmosphere make it perfect for everyone. Highly recommend!
