FAKE PROMISES!! BAD MANAGEMENT!! UNUSABLE EQUIPMENTS!! ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR BEGINNERS!! REVIEW AFTER 2 AND A HALF MONTH The sheer quality of equipments, maintenence and total disregard to requests to make bare minimum repairs like straightening the cycle seat. doesnt make me wanna come down to the Gym, Even Though I spent 5000 for my subscription. With a FAKE PROMISE OF CUSTOM MADE DIET PLAN WHICH was not delivered. Raised mail Reached out to support, Reached out to reception All for Nought. Dim Lights make the atmosphere so Sad. AC is barely functional, and There is no dedicated space for Cardio. It may be good for experienced gym people, But as a Beginner JUST DONT.

I may be biased here, but idc. This gym will have my heart forever. Fitnet was the first gym I went to after years of trying to convince my parents to let me join one. It's a fairly small gym, but boy what they lack in the physical size, they make up for more than in spirit. I was assigned under Pritam da, but eventually moved my time slot to Shubho da, and both of them were so helpful and encouraging. The receptionists too were really sweet people. The equipment were, for the most part, well-maintained, can't blame staff if upper management fails at their job. The members were mostly nice too in the time slots I went in except for a couple of obnoxious people, but then again, they weren't inappropriate or anything, just annoying. But yea, pocket-friendly gym, necessary equipment available, plenty of weights and plates, good trainers, convenient location, locker space, and 2 restrooms. Overall, it is good for shy people or first timers. You won't get overwhelmed.

Great place to workout. Good set of equipment and probably has all possible machines for workout. I've been working out in fitnet muscle den, Salt Lake for 4 months. Each n every trainer ( Pritam, Shubho, Jolly) in this gym are helpful. I really enjoy going out here everyday.

This gym is running a complete scam at the reception! The receptionist is openly cheating customers. She charged me a higher amount in the name of "rules" and later I discovered that she only handed over the actual lower amount to the accountant. The extra money? She kept it for herself. And when I asked for my money back, she shamelessly refused! This is not just unprofessional , it's straight-up FRAUD. Customers come here to focus on fitness, not to be robbed by greedy staff. If the management cannot control their own employees, then this gym should not be trusted at all. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT make any payments at the reception without verifying directly with the accountant. Shameful experience. Think twice before wasting your money here!

We (my mom brother and me) joined a month back, firstly no trainer on spot to guide. Receptionist least cared about people entering or if someone requesting for help. Starting the gym after longtime we need our body to open up a bit for which we need basic exercise or equipment thanks to my past experiences I knew what to do, as in this gym there was no one to guide . Cycle and treadmill are basic equipment for beginners to our surprise was adjustable and working respectively. We totally understand in time there few equipment needs servicing and it takes time but it's been a month since we have texting mailing and calling no response or work has been done to the equipment, to my surprise the receptionist and POC from fitnet says it will be rectified. Also no space for cardio .. not all people doing cardio in little spaces between machine , hazardous situation. Such lack of attention . Pathetic service .

I've had a beautiful relationship with the in-house team here, they've always gone above and beyond especially our Trainer. However, a recent incident with the HR Department and Promotional Head, Mr Somnath and Ms Debjani has prompted me to this complaint. In May 2025, the company offered a promotion to all members with an incentive to renew - by offering them free workout products on their website (only delivery charges to be paid). I renewed my membership 1 month in advance when prompted by the team that this was a never seen before amount for renewal and the reward was worth it. I did so, filled out my details, made the payment in full and placed the order (having paid delivery charges). Due to personal reasons I wasn't a regular at the gym and unfortunately didn't get to follow up when the order "didn't reach" my place. When I asked Ms Debjani for an update, she refused to give me one, she was rude and then proceeded to place blame on everyone including myself. I have since tried to speak to their HR Department head Mr Somnath (who has been ignoring my messages) and have placed an official complaint on their registered email id with no resolution and no apology. At this stage the rewards/benefits aren't even the question, it is about the sheer misbehaviour with existing clients, god forbid I ever recommend this gym to anyone, in fear that they too may Witness Childish insults and Unfulfilled Promotions (used only to benefit their pockets).

Such a horrible experience I have ever faced in a gym ! Not about equipments or tariner but about the managerial system and the receptionist! She is literally doing a fraud ! Basically they do not have any rate chart they have various offer going on everyday ! So I have called her about the membership plan she said it costs 5500, so I went there at 27 th august and buy the membership after payment she refused to give any bill, and I have made the payment in cash ! But the next day I received a membership confirmation message with the proce 5k. So I called the managerial department they confirmed they have the data of 5k, and no offer of 5.5 k is going on ! So They asked me pitch the same thing in written ! I did the same ! After 2 hours they called me and said maybe she put that 500 in her pocket ! So I reached there I talked with her and she said I gave her 5k only not 5.5k and totally refused like nothing happened! And I was over call with the magerial team with 1 hour they are also very unhelpful! They just said it will be deducted from her salary! But they don't provide any refund ! And when asked to cancel my 1 year membership they also refused the same ! And as I have bought the membership I have do workout there ! I did not get any justice! Being tired I stopped to ask them ! "IT IS PAINFUL REQUEST TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE GYM , THAT THE THING IS IF I HAVE PAID 5K I WOULD HAVE PAID 1-2 K MORE IF THAT WAS THE MEMBERSHIP COST ! THE THING IS NOT ABOUT 500 RUPEES BUT ABOUT THE BEHAVIOUR AND THE UNPROFESSINALISM I HAVE RECEIVED, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ". And if my review reached to any of the person who is thinking to join the gym please ask her for the bill and don't pay by cash, so that you will have the proof ! Thank you.

Love the trainers and the equipment available. Trainers are really polite helpful and goes beyond to guide you at every step. Really happy I joined this gym
