Good Fitness Centre to reduce weight. No machine only excercise. Trainer is good and I am also continuing here from a long time. I have also got good result. Suggest people who are conscious about fitness and health contact Fitness Work Out.

Great place for daily workout. Effective weight loss and inches loss (*without any machine or gym instruments) by doing free hands, aerobics, zumba, stretching, yoga. Friendly ambiance. Trainer is very helpful, his behavior is very good. I have been working out here since one year. I have lost 11 kgs. I was 93 before I joined, now I am 82.
