FIT OR FIGHT Gym and Fitness Hub

If you are a beginner, I recommend avoiding this one. I can share my experience. After joining the gym for 1,000 rupees, the trainer immediately tried to sell me a specialized package that was too expensive for my budget, so I refused to buy it. After that, they completely ignored my needs and workouts. They didn't even check whether I, as a newbie, was doing the exercises correctly. They also did not provide a proper schedule or diet plan.

Really bad experience, everyone is very stuck up, the work of the gym employees are to help us navigate through our fitness journey, instead they behave like you owe them something, they make one feel very small with their eye rolls and body language. The owner is extremely arrogant, they charge premium money yet their services are extremely low quality. The AC in their cardio room broke yet they do not fix it for months and now they have the audacity to manipulate people into thinking cardio should be done without AC, AC is the reason why I chose their AC branch gym not Non AC one but they refuse to fix it. They don't deserve to stay in business with such awful service when their business model is service based.

Perfect gym, good environment and well behaved, pro and friendly trainers. Valued for money.

The space is too less given the number of people that come in. The trainers need to be poked a bit much to guide if you're not signing up for personal training

WORST GYM EVER!!! 1) Very unprofessional Trainers(They just scroll reels, if you don't take PT then they wont show you anything, all times trainers are busy on there phones) 2) Trainer named NEIL is very bad person, how always insults others and body shame others, if you are trying to improve by yourself he tells you to leave the gym because of JEALOUSY that you are improving without taking PT from him. 3) All the GYM MACHINES are OUTDATED and TORN APART. 4)They staff behaviors is AWAFULL. DON'T JOIN THIS GYM, FIND OTHER ALTERNATIVES

Affordable and classy. Experienced and helpful trainers. It is always bustling with motivated fitness enthusiasts, which adds to the fun!

Worst gym ever. Firstly they tell to join the gym. After a month they force to take personal trainer. When you decline to take PT, They don't give any attention that how you are doing. They started ignoring. But the one thing here is good that behaviour of Mehboob Da..He is a nice guy.

Good Gym... Trainers are good.... well if u are looking to build ur body it's the best place in Barasat
