F1 Gym is a newly opened Gym on Dumdum road, it's infrastructure wise very well built. The trainers are dedicated, sincere and levy special focus on customising the exercise and diet plans as per your specific body requirement. The atmosphere of the gym is very conducive for encouraging people at all levels of their weight loss, muscle building, and strength training journey to keep welding forward towards their goals.

I am writing to provide a review of my experience at F1 Gym. As someone who has been a member of the gym for over a year and a half, I can confidently say that the classes, equipment and staff are top-notch. The classes are well planned out and challenging. Instructors provide modifications for each exercise based on your fitness level, which is great for those just starting out or those who have been working out for years. The equipment is also top of the line and always maintained. Each area of the gym is always neat and tidy, which makes it easy to find what you need. Finally, the staff at F1 Gym is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have and make sure everyone feels welcome in the gym. This gym is situated at the Dumdum road, just opposite of the B.K Paul fish market. Owners are well behaved. Trainers are good, well-behaved, trained, certified and they train very well. Receptionists are well mannered. Well equipped gym and is totally AC operated. It opens from 6 a.m. and closes at 10:30 p.m for Monday to Saturday and Sunday is only for the 1st half remain open (6:00-1:00p.m.).

This gym offers a premium experience with top-notch equipment and highly skilled trainers who possess extensive knowledge. It attracts individuals who prioritize quality exercise, despite being on the pricier side. Pros: The gym incorporates HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and abdominal exercises in every session. It provides comprehensive support for bodybuilding enthusiasts. Cons: Currently, there are no female trainers available. The gym does not cater to yoga practitioners or individuals seeking low-intensity weight training. The variety of exercises offered is limited. Although the gym is somewhat crowded, it has not reached an overwhelming capacity. There is a need for more exercise space and a wider range of equipment to allow for greater exercise variations. The equipment requires maintenance.

It is a perfect solution for amateurs as well as fitness freaks. The trainers are very helpful and cooperative. They help you in every step and guide you in what is good for your body.

One of the worst gym I have know ! They scammed me 3700 for a month and forced me to take trainer who was rude and never payed attention and taught me how to use the instruments instead kept flirting with girls ! They didn't provided me any Diet chart. I would say never enroll yourself in their gym !

An awesome place for workout with full air conditioning an a great atmosphere with positive vibes. The trainers are also certified and provides a lot of help during workout.
