Quite a pleasant and decent gym where you can work out. Closed on Sundays which might be little difficult because many people do work out in their holidays. Steams are only available on wednesdays and saturdays.

It's d best gym in d locality. Conveniently located, well maintained machines and weights, cleanliness is taken good care of. Changing room and the bathroom is also maintained pretty good. All trainers are knowledgeable and always there to guide. The receptionist and the housekeeping staff are also very helpful. It has been a very well maintained gym before Covid breakout. It would remain fully packed with members back then. But gradually the level of maintenance for changing room, washroom has gone down significantly. Significant reduction in footfall has also happened since then. The old members should have been given discount offers during membership renewal. The trainers are quite good and knowledgeable. Also the location wise it is in a very convenient place. Overall the gym ambience, quality and maintenance is above average considering its peers in the areas around Behala.

Unlike most of the gyms located in and around Behala, the instructors here at Fast Fitness are educated, decent, adequately qualified and thoroughly professional.Under the guidance of Mr. Amal Roy..they are always in the mood for augmenting their knowledge about exercising & imparting this to the members. The gym is properly managed with required facilities.. Besides strength training, the trainers are expert in recovery treatment,weight loss treatment, flexibility enhancing treatment etc.Being a senior person of 55 years,I always find the environment inside this gym very comfortable. The front desk didi is very informative and helpful. Even the persons engaged in housekeeping are always very helpful and providing services as when members ask for.
