This gym has many up-to-date instruments, steam bath, yoga room and all. Trainers are always available. Morning trainer Suman sir is extremely good and very professional. He is much helpful and well behaved. All type of packages are available of different time periods.

Need Olympic rod .. Old rod is damaged No weights after 30kg Need to add 35kg and 40kg also No proper timing of open sometimes it's open at 7am also But most importantly upgrades which will ne needed is Olympic rod and 35kg and 40kg dumble and plates... It's needed much more
This is my first experience with Gym. Gym is equipped with all modern amenities and very spacious. Trainers r very very helpful. My trainer RUPA very well understands my health issues and guides me throughly. My experience overall is best is every aspects.
Nice equipments and friendly environment. Trainer (Rana) is also very good and helpful. Only drawback is pricing which is bit higher.
